Requests for joint powers authority (JPA) administrative information per the California Public Records Act (Gov. Code section 7920.000, et. seq.) must be filed with the JPA directly.  Requests for JPA meeting agendas, meeting minutes, etc. must be submitted to the Executive Director. As permitted by law, document reproduction fees may be charged for printed materials.

Requests for radio system information per the California Public Records Act (Gov. Code section 7920.000, et. seq.) must be filed with the specific member municipality.  The INSB does not capture or archive its member’s radio audio, telephone calls or computer aided dispatch activity.  Each member of INSB captures and archives their respective information per their own policies.  Requests for any such public records must be sent directly to the respective member agency.  The INSB members are:
